An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs. No loud music.

Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The main room makes an ideal study/office. The Flat opens onto a spacious garden, and beyond this is the Pennine watershed with miles of open country and numerous paths. Sorry, no pets.

The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill and Skipton (the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales) are under half an hour drive away. Maple Leaf Cottage is a Victorian 3 bedroom terraced house which is located in the beautiful village of Haworth, Yorkshire. Haworth was home to the famous literary Bronte sisters. With it's cobbled Main Street and quirky shops, restaurants, pubs, museum and history it's a great place to base yourself to explore Yorkshire. The Dales National Park is just to the north and the entire area is a hiker and walkers delight. The scenery of the country side is breathtaking. Visit Yorkshire Soon!

This is a quaint, cosy, 200 year old cottage in the beautiful village of Hurst Green. We are a short walk from the magnificent Stonyhurst College, a Jesuit Boarding school. Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.

It is ridiculously close to the railway station (2 minutes) and got bus links to Halifax and Haworth. Perfect for holidays, cycling or walking breaks.
