Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.

Our house is located directly across from Nehalem State Park and two blocks from the beach (about 700’) Though you can't see the beach from the house it is a short walk away. A wonderful place for family, friends and well behaved dogs with 1,600 square feet of space on 2 levels. Close to the golf course and a 20 minute walk (1 mile) on the beach to downtown.
