The Storage Shed Ahuriri

The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space. Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Greenmeadows Park Views

This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

Spaciousness for good value welcomes diversity

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. So don't count them on the booking as Airbnb charges. We aim to be friendly and kind. Raelene or Hilary are your hosts.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

A little bit of country on the city's doorstep

Lovely clean, modern, private, self contained studio located close to Taradale and an easy drive to Napier, Hastings or Havelock North. It has it's own dedicated entrance with self check-in and parking as well as a pretty outdoor space to relax in. The shower is hot with brilliant pressure and the bed is super comfortable, probably two of the most important requirements when travelling.
