Spacious washroom with marble tile and countertops. WiFi, cable, utilities, free parking at road. This home was built in 2022 so nearly new. Busses close. EVO bikes close by too. Accommodation is the basement of a house built in 1934 on a big lot in a character neighborhood. Lots of windows. Funky cabin like design. Big garden. Generous parking area.
