Dit is de ideale bestemming om tijdens een vakantie of workation te onthaasten in de bergen, met de stad en de zee vlakbij. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Er is een open haard, wifi en AC en een wasmachine. Er is een zwembad maar dat wordt gedeeld met de eigenaren van het huis.
