Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The saparate fully isolated apartment is located in a fundamental Stalin-era building close to the Dry Bridge, with an elevator and courtyard in the historical district of the capital of Georgia Tbilisi. 1 minute to the pedestrian street like Old Arbat, 6 minutes on foot to the presidential palace. The designer and the artist created the interior taking into account the reef of the best hotels, able to convey the atmosphere of the Moorish Renaissance with elements of the East and eclecticism.

Moonlight

First of all I want to introduce myself, I am Keti - an artist and I offer you to spend amazing Georgian days in my apartment that I have made all by myself and with all my heart. I am a set and an interior designer and since I didn’t want to make a standard renovation, it doesn’t look like a hotel accommodation. In this place I tried to make an enchanting synthesis of a set and an interior.

House in the centre, in old town, straight under Narikala fortress. Renovated in modern style, with a traditional shushabanda balcony and an attic sleeping floor. Close to all main attractions, clubs and restaurants . A private terrace with a stunning panorama view over Tbilisi - the best place to enjoy a glass of wine! Cozy little room with bathroom and all necessary items to stay overnight in Mtskheta, former capital of Georgia with a wonderful location. The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Historical monuments, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and playgrounds for children are very close to the apartment.

სახლი მდებარეობს ქ.მცხეთის ცენტრალურ ისტორიულ უბანში. სახლი დან იშლება ულამაზესი ხედი ბაღზე და ქალაქის პეიზაჟებზე. სახლს აქვს მყუდრო იზოლირებული მცირე ზომის ეზო. სახლთან ახლოს არის ქალაქის გამორჩეული რესტორნები. სახლიდან 20 მეტრშია მაღაზია. მაისის თვე ჩვენს ეზოში განსაკუთრებულია, რადგან ამ დროს მრავალი ვარდი ყვავის ჩვენს ეზოში და განსაკუთრებულ გარემო იქმნება.
