Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, this garden studio is only a 5 minute drive to the Mona ferry terminal or a 20 minute drive to Mona. A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Down the Lane @ 408 - On the North Hobart Strip

Down the Lane @ 408 is tucked down a laneway on the restaurant strip of North Hobart. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation. There is parking allocated to this accommodation. The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price
