This is cosy and comfortable suite, now with a QUEEN size bed, for one person, or a couple, as it is very compact. It is in Saanich East, close to Camosun College, UVIC , and St Michaels University School, within walking distance to the Hillside Mall, and close to Mt Tolmie, and on the #14 bus route- direct to UVIC or downtown. My name is Julie and I’m excited for you to stay in our lovely, spacious, private & secure “studio”, centrally located in Victoria. It’s your “comfort” home away from home❣️ Close to transit, UVic, Camosun College, Cedarhill Golf Course, shopping malls, restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Jubilee hospital. Easy self-check-in (code entry). A very comfortable double sofa bed that easily closes for more space during the day and a single chair bed if needed. Kitchenette only: no range.

Gorgeous One Bedroom Walk-Out

Sparkling clean, one-bedroom suite located on a quiet street, equipped with all the modern amenities required to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Backing onto the Galloping Goose trail, our home is within a 5 minute walking distance to Eagle Creek Village which has a grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, Cob’s Bread, and a fitness center. Bear Mountain golf course & downtown Victoria is a 15 minute drive. Please remove shoes while inside the suite.

Cottage Retreat by the Bay

The cottage bay retreat is in the lower level of our character home. My adult daughter and I live upstairs. We are located across the street from sandy Cordova Bay beach which is what makes staying in Cordova Bay so special. There is abundant sea life with otters, seals, eagles, crabs and a wonderful sandbar to explore tidal pools at low tide. It’s a great place to kayak or paddle board. Come back from the beach and relax in this rustic stylish space
