This guest suite is just 2.5 miles from Virginia Tech. Our listing sleeps 2 and includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, and eating/sitting/working area. Private, coded entrance opens out to an acre of lovely walking paths, wildflowers, birds, and wildlife. While most comfortable with just two adults, for a small extra fee, we can set up a twin mattress (think: sibling of your college student). Microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig are in the room. Guest parking available right in our driveway.

It is in a quiet neighborhood right in town. 1 .5 miles to downtown, Virginia Tech and Lane stadium. Half mile to everything you need: grocery, drug store, restaurants. This suite is perfect for football weekends; visits to your Tech student, family, friends. Minimum rental is for 2 days and maximum rental is 7 days. Stays of up to two weeks considered by request.
