IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Gemütliches älteres Ferienhaus mit Charme mitten in der Natur. Das ganze Haus steht zur Verfügung und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Verfügt über zwei Aussensitzplätze und einen Wintergarten. Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Gut erreichbar, auch im Winter und mit ÖV. Geniessen Sie die Zeit in Mitten hoher Berge etwas abseits der Zivilisation an einem wunderschönen Ort. Ideal für Leute, welche einige Tage an einem Ort der Ruhe verbringen möchten.

Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
