Au pied du village de St Paul de vence, une villa individuelle d'exception pour des vacances de rêve. Trois grandes chambres climatisées avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, un espace salon/cuisine avec des baies vitrées s'ouvrant totalement sur une grande terrasse et un très grand jardin. Une piscine cascade en forme de coeur avec 3 profondeurs ; une grande plage avec 50cm d'eau pour se faire bronzer, un bassin d'1m50 pour jouer au ballon et un bassin de 2m50 pour sauter. Parking privé.

Wonderful Villa with private pool and hot Jacuzzi near the city center but in a quiet area. Perfect for families. Walk to beach, grocery, shops, center and many restaurants on the sea. Beautifully located villa,king size pool,sea view

Rare find! Spacious villa with king size swimming pool, located on a hill with beautiful view of the sea in a quiet residential area with a bakery at the beginning of the street. Only 15 minutes drive from Nice Airport, Nice old town, pitoresk artist villages Vence and St. Paul de Vence, modern shopping center Polygone-Riviera and large supermarkets. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garden, large terrasses and a balcony with terrific view of the hills and sea.

The villa consists of a master bedroom with a sea view and its private bathroom, two other bedrooms (including a child's bedroom) with their bathroom, and an office with a sea view. This beautifully renovated Villa sleeps 8-10 people, in its 5 bedrooms, with 5 bathroom and a private swimming pool. It is just 4 km from Cannes-Croisette in a quiet spot with sea views. You can also walk to the beach easily- this is an ideal spot. You will love the open living-dining area, modern kitchen and the big swimming pool (fenced for children). You will also enjoy the big summer room and the nice enclosed garden and terraces. Perfect for a family holiday.

Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, la presqu'île de rêve, C’est là que se situe la villa Pas Maï, provençale des années 50, sur la partie haute du Cap Ferrat dans son cadre de verdure et de tranquillité. Orientée Sud Est elle bénéficie d’un bel ensoleillement. Le logement est au rez de jardin de la villa. Entièrement rénové pour apporter tout le confort à un agréable séjour.
