There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Cozy two bedroom, air condition available, fenced in cottage has master bedroom with French doors and patio doors and windows looking out at beautiful Lake Erie. Grill as you relax on front porch on the swing or in the yard by the fire pit, under umbrellas or in the jacuzzi. Umbrella table on the deck, firepit and chairs on dock where you can watch boats and freighters going up toward and down from Detroit. Inside and outdoor games also provided for your enjoyment.

Attached garage makes loading/unloading a breeze. Almost half acre of space so your privacy is secure. Municipal water. Boat ramp is super close. Star Wars themed bunkhouse. Three coin op style multi game arcade machines. All free play of course. Show those kids how we gamed back in the 80’s.
