My pet friendly studio is steps to the winter shuttle route that takes you to the ski lifts (Eagle Lodge). You can walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. You'll love the comfy bed, fast free wi-fi, full kitchen, electric fireplace plus free coffee and tea. My studio condo is great for couples, solo travelers, guests who work remotely, small families and guests with well behaved pets. (no additional pet fee). Do not leave pets alone inside. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom plus loft corner unit, great for multiple families or large groups. All showers renovated in December 2023! Fresh paint, new flooring, carpets, and appliances! This cozy 2-br/1 bath condo is is located adjacent to Snow Creek and intersection of Old Mammoth Rd. and Minaret away from the hustle and bustle of The Village. Mammoth Creek runs adjacent to the property. There is also a wilderness area to the Southeast with a bike path and park within walking distance. Deck with BBQ. Also 100 yards from closest bus stop which is free and takes you anywhere you need to go within the town of Mammoth. Closest ski lift: Eagle.
