Paros Butterfly Villas-Villa 2

Each villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. All villas are equipped with A/C, TV-DVD, SATELLITE, REFRIGERATOR, KITCHEN, JACUZZI, FREE WI-FI while the breathtaking view will compensate the most demanding. The spacious and quality of the objects compared to a permanent resident are more than enough, giving you even greater sense of comfort and hospitality. All the villas have private verandas or terraces with sea view and sun set view. We offer welcome wine, fruits, bottle water, jams, butter, milk, orange juice, ham and cheese for toast. In the bathrooms we offer hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. Our common facilities provide laundry service, sun umbrellas, chaise lounge, patio tables, free Wi-Fi and free parking place. Free transportation from the port or airport to our villas during your arrival and free transportation from our villas to the port or airport during your departure. Our resort has been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view. It is closed to Parikia, capital of Paros, and many sandy beaches. We are about one km away from Greek traditional taverna, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our resort. Villa 2 is one storey Villa 60 sq.m, with private outdoor jacuzzi, suitable for 3 people or 2 adults and 2 children. Villa 2 has 1 bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. It also has a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living-dining room with fireplace. It has a nice and very comfortable balcony with beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea and Antiparos. We offer free parking places in a private and safe area.

BLUE, BLUE AND BLUE

This villa features a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and palm trees. It is located up a hill just a 5-minute drive from the sea. It’s perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The villa offers stunning views and spectacular sunsets.The property has five levels, but guests will have access to the main three levels (the first and top floors are not accessible). Due to its hillside location, a car is highly recommended for access.

Villa Gustosa Luxury Villa on Faragas Beach

Recently built with high standard requirements, this luxurious 140 sq.m. villa is situated in the southern part of Paros right above the famous Faragas beach which is 2 km away from the picturesque village Aliki and 15 km away from the main town of Paros (Parikia). A few steps away from the villa you can find yourself on the beach. The beach of Faragas is located between two capes that form a windless bay. It is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear waters, a restaurant and a beach bar.

Beautiful stone made, spacious luxury villa, located in Krios, just 2km from the cosmopolitan center of Parikia , 130m from famous Marchelo beach. This air-conditioned, children and pet friendly villa is protected from the northern winds, have panoramic view, beautiful herb garden and a spatious pool area, equipped with BBQ, pool bar, sound system and bathroom. The pool area is exclusively used by the tenants of Blue and Green villa. Can be private by special agreement.

Three Bay House - Luxury and Soothing Sea Views

A unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.
