An exclusive Penthouse (8th Floor) 110 sqm apartment with a huge 170 sqm veranda overlooking the sea of Saronikos Gulf, in front of Flisvos beach, giving total sense of privacy. Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a large bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens.
