Villa Villetta is a sweet charming villa situated in Novigrad. Villetta is ideal for 2 adults + 2 children in search of relaxation and pure escapism. With 40m2 of floor space, 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a large double sofa bed and a kitchen, there is plenty of space for both socializing and enjoying your own privacy. The beautifully landscaped garden with a 15m2 pool, whirlpool,a lounge area, a sun deck and a barbecue area are made for a great outdoor experience. Private parking.

Die Villa mit 8-10 Betten liegt am Rand des Dorfes Fuskulin. It has a fully fenced yard, which provides total privacy. This villa provides everything for a truly relaxing holiday.

Contemporary Mediterranean villa located in a peaceful private resort , overlooking Kvarner bay, Opatija Riviera and Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by private lavender field, infinity pool (8x6m) and a fire pit area... Due to not completely finished details villa is offered under special promotional prices (50% discount). Everything is fully functional and looks the same as the pictures show. Some details are not finished and 1 room in the villa is currently not in use (wellness).

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.
