Located on a 5 acre hobby farm established in 1880, The Loft is a studio apartment with high speed internet, private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and is the entire 2nd floor of what was once a working barn. Guests are invited to work with us during feedings and The Loft proceeds go toward the upkeep of the farm animals. Hiking, antiquing, and attractions are 30 minutes in every direction or stay home and enjoy a quiet day on the farm.

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.
