It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Er is een groot bed van 160 cm, een bad en een keuken. Aan de voorkant van de cortijo is een klein terras voor diner of ontbijt met uitzicht op de piek van de sierra Nevada. Er is een open haard, wifi en AC en een wasmachine. Er is een zwembad maar dat wordt gedeeld met de eigenaren van het huis.
