This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Met uitzicht op zee maakt het vakantieappartement Waterkant 2-50 in Börgerende-Rethwisch indruk op gasten met een fantastisch uitzicht. De woning van 58 m² bestaat uit een woonkamer, een keuken, 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer en is daarom geschikt voor 4 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere high-speed Wi-Fi (geschikt voor videogesprekken) met een speciale werkruimte voor kantoor aan huis, een tv, een wasmachine en een droger. Verder is er een gedeelde sauna beschikbaar op het terrein.

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Im Nachbarort Bodstedt liegt ein traditionsreicher Boddenhafen, welcher Heimathafen für zahlreiche Zeesboote zum Mitsegeln ist und von welchem die Boddenfähre mehrere Häfen anläuft. Hier finden Sie auch urige Restaurants mit fangfrischem Fisch und regionalen Köstlichkeiten.

Du kannst dich zurückziehen, arbeiten, faulenzen oder du kannst an der Gemeinschaft teilnehmen. Vom Frühstücksbuffet bis zum letzten Rotwein am Lagerfeuer. Dir stehen unsere Fahrräder und ausgebildeten Pferde zur Bodenarbeit oder zum Ausritt unter Anleitung zur Verfügung. Ein Vergnügen für Anfänger wie für Könner.

Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

It offers comfort and modern design with a cozy living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the terrace, which is open to the courtyard, at any time. Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
