Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated. Gorgeous new kitchen with marble countertop and subway tile. New bath has large shower & new fixtures, new carpet and tile. Tempurpedic mattress. Keurig w/lots of coffee! 5 mins to the Magnolia Silos and Downtown. Walk the grounds, or one block to Cameron Park for kayaking, biking, etc. STR418052020

Our house is about 5 minutes to Magnolia Silos, less than 10 minutes to Baylor, and in the same neighborhood as the castle in Castle Heights. The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos.
