Dit comfortabele studiohuisje in boetiekstijl ligt op zichzelf en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf in een rustige, handige landelijke omgeving.

*Houd er rekening mee dat hoewel het huisje hetzelfde is, de schade van orkaan Helene de uitstraling van de accommodatie eromheen drastisch heeft veranderd. Opruimen is aan de gang, maar het zal tijd kosten.* Rustig, privé huisje van 850 vierkante voet terug van de weg en omgeven door loblolly dennen. Heb dit rustige uitje helemaal voor jezelf! Op slechts 5 minuten van I-20 en 20 minuten van W. Augusta (31 minuten van de Masters-cursus). Keuken is gevuld met alle benodigdheden, plus gratis koffie, thee, eieren en meer!

Perfect uitje voor wat downtime met het gemak van de stad nog steeds in de buurt. Kom erachter waar het om gaat met het kleine leven. Kom genieten van de grill en ontspan bij de vuurplaats.

Easy boat ramp access is about 1 mile away and there's plenty of trailer parking space at the house. We have a new dock to add to the fun! The LakeFrAme has a gourmet kitchen with a coffee bar, a large main living area with gorgeous Lake views, three beautiful bedrooms with a fun loft for kids, and plenty of room for outdoor games and Lake activities.

Make yourself at home while you take in all that the CSRA has to offer! The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with fast wi-fi, driveway parking, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Our home is an easy walk to downtown Harlem. Enjoy coffee and snacks at Harlem Java House or ice cream at Main Street Treats. For dinner, check out Mt. Olivos! We are also an easy 30 minute drive to the Augusta National and downtown Augusta, a 20 minute drive to Fort Gordon, and a 45 minute drive to Aiken, SC.

Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small Roku TV and Comcast internet.

Neem een pauze en kom tot rust in deze rustige oase. Gelegen op loopafstand van de boothelling in Winfeild Hills. Er is voldoende ruimte om je boot mee te nemen en te parkeren!! Je wordt verliefd op dit schattige huisje. Met 2 hoofdsuites op de benedenverdieping en een grote loft boven zijn er genoeg slaapplaatsen. Een badkamer bedient dit huis, maar twee douchekoppen zijn in de douche. Deze woning ligt niet aan het meer, maar ligt op slechts een wandeling van de boothelling.
