Condo is located on a quiet back street in uptown Ocean City but is close to everything the island has to offer (restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.) Leave your shoes behind with the easy beach access over a dune crossing located just steps from the building. This unit is available for guests aged 25 and older. Check in and check times out are flexible, whatever we can make work best for you so you can maximize your stay.

Welcoming one bedroom studio 2 miles from the ocean. Private entrance, outside porches, furnished kitchen, full bath and queen sized bed. Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Linens (sheets and towels) are no longer provided. Due to covid, vendor changes/inconsistencies, we're removing linens. All beds have comforters and pillows.
