The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Two full baths on main floor. New washer & dryer. Basement has been remodeled, new tile plank floors and 3 bedrooms (king, full and twin). Air mattress, cot & additional twin mattress for use if needed. Fire pit. Lots of parking. 2 grills. Minutes to Sportsman's Anchor with boat ramp, covered docks & pontoon rentals.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Lake it Easy! Country living at its best! This home sets back at end of road, with Lakeview of the Ky Lake. A very peaceful place. Public boat ramp 1 mile at the end of Big Bear Hwy. Marina close to rent boats from. Big furnished kitchen . Private backyard. Covered porch off bedrooms, with lakeview. Spacious bedrooms. 3 bedrooms on main level. The 4th is a step down from kitchen with a pull out sofa.
