Brand New Culver home close to Culver Academies

Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana. Our home is brand new construction with all new furnishings. This home is very close to lake Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others so they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay.

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Our home features two living spaces, a screened in front porch as well as a shaded outdoor patio in the back so there will be plenty of space for gatherings while offering quiet spaces as well. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, glassware, cookware and appliances to keep your crew well fed.

Central Air + additional room units if someone wants even cooler for sleeping. Annual leader in return rentals in Culver for a reason. Affordable.
