"Liberty" Tiny Farmhouse

Welcome to Storylodge Farm, your tranquil retreat nestled in the heart of a picturesque apple orchard. This tiny farmhouse is one of two unique getaways on the property. Named after the "Liberty" apple variety that grows in the orchard, the tiny farmhouse beckons you to unwind and reconnect with nature in a serene setting that promises relaxation and reflection. Previously known as Zion Heritage Farm, this place encourages you to unleash your creative energy in a genuine and peaceful setting.

Head of the Holler

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with 75 acres of land to explore. Enjoy the newly remodeled house that sleeps up to 6 guests. The property was once a thriving farm and the 130-year-old farmhouse and two old barns are still standing. However, decades of neglect lead to nature reclaiming the land. There are several natural springs and a pond to explore. The nearby towns of Fairmont & Mannington are experiencing revitalization, with small shops & festivals throughout the year.

Cabin at the Coal Camp

Located above the Monongahela River, it is a quick 9 miles to Morgantown or 15 miles to Fairmont. We are making our cabin available for weekends, near WVU. Brady Camp, as we affectionately call our cabin is located on 33 acres of property that was once the Town of Brady at the Edna Gas Coal Company mine. The property has been reclaimed through the West Virginia mine reclamation act. Large trees and a few trails, good for hiking. The cabin is newly built in the last 10 years.

The Morgantown Adventure House

A house with views of the water, the train, nature and town. Not just another Airbnb a house made for a good bar crawl or adventure. 2 boat slips within a mile of house. A walk over the bridge to the rail trail. 3 breweries within a mile and countless bars and restaurants a short walk to. Family friendly with toys on tap for your kids to enjoy. Sugarland Farmhouse

Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has goats and chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located small guesthouse apartment above a two car garage. Easy access to all Morgantown amenities, I-79 and I-68. Two bedrooms (doorways have curtains) and one futon in living room will sleep 6. Full kitchen. One bathroom with standup shower. Window air conditioning and central heat. Free street parking. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Motion security lights outside. Large outdoor patio.

Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus with a 4 acre pond for canoeing and fishing (there is an extra fee for pond use).

Almost Heaven Away From Home is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Start your day on the deck enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view of the WV mountains. Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.
