Our loft, “The Mountaineer Suite”, sits on 2 floors, features a full kitchen/dining area, full private bathroom with a custom shower, along with heated floors for those cold, winter months. Follow the stairs to the loft area where you’ll find a spacious, open floor plan which features a workspace, a spacious living room with a large comfortable sectional, (which adds additional sleeping space), Smart TV and 2 beds, one full/queen size and one twin.

Comfy lower level with yard. Near WVU and town.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the downtown WVU campus and 3 miles from the University Hospitals. The apartment is equipped for making home-cooked meals (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) but coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance. This is a great place to call home for visiting parents, professors and medical professionals!
