Private, beautiful apartment in historic district

This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.

Horse Farm Private Apt Allow Pet Great View Peace

The apartment is located on a farm with all the good and bad about farm life. Guests have quiet, peaceful seclusion while just 2 miles from 75. The property which is naturally landscaped with massive pine and oak trees, is quiet and peaceful. There are horses on both sides of the 1/4 mile drive. but that comes with some smells and dust. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HIT, WEC & Chi institute.

Lovely apartment in the Heart of Horse Country.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our beautiful barn apartment. The apartment is in a 4 stall barn on 60 acres of lush NW Ocala Horse farm property. This apartment has been completely renovated. Sorry no pets. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple. Full size bed. All new bedding, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator / small freezer. Check-out is 10:00 am Eastern. We do have outdoor security cameras. There are NO cameras in the barn or apartment.

Treehouse apartment set among the big daddy Oaks

Located in the historic district of Ocala, Florida, this newly updated apartment is close to dining and shopping and local attractions. Day trips to Silver Springs (glass bottom boat rides), thoroughbred horse farm tours and Rainbow Springs State Park are fun and easy trips. Also, you can swim with the manatees (seasonal) at Crystal River and of course, visit the Atlantic Beaches of Daytona, St Augustine Tampa, and Saint Pete as wells visiting Orlando and Disney.

Heaven on a horse farm !

Far Out Farm is close to HITS Ocala, Winter Equestrian Events , and The World Equestrian Center ( WEC) The farm is dog &friendly. The barn apartment is set on 15 beautiful acres. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The farm is near many diving and spring water venues, Chi institute, Fire College, zip line, and other Florida amusements. Pets by special permission, may not be left in apartment alone, or must be crated. 15 $ pet fee
