Andrássy Avenue, the Opera, and much more are all right here. Restaurants and the city's famous ruin bars are on the next street. Day parking garage is available in the next building for daily fee. There is a gym very close to our house just one streets away (within 100meter). It is called Tempelfit and they offer good daily rates (HUF 2000) and very favourable 8 occasion rate (HUF 9000). They offer large Finnish and infra sauna, free Wifi, unlimited sugar-free soft drinks as well. If you are living an active life, you definitely have to check out this place.

Be the paparazzi of the Budapest Basilica, in a private house where only few people live constantly. If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

The main tram line with 24 hour service, stops right in front of the building, and there are 2 metro stations withing walking distance. Several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries and coffee shops to choose from, most within one block, so you don't even have to cross the street.
