Shabby Chic Malibu On the Water- Sun Deck and Lounge

Slide open oversized folding glass doors and let the fresh sea air pour in. This vintage Malibu Beach house is inches from the water, with private beach access and Dolphins, Sea Lions and Seagulls as your daily entertainment. Fall asleep on a deck lounger to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves reaching the shore. Sleeps 4 with a King bedroom and a second Queen bedroom. A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information. Ventura Boatel Stay on a boat in Ventura Harbor!

Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, famous ice cream shop, boat rentals, wine tasting, a gorgeous beach, more!

This contemporary oceanfront townhouse on quiet and star-studded Malibu Road has amazing views, granite and limestone kitchen & bathrooms, living room with fireplace, tub for two, one parking space, and lounge/recreation area. It is spacious, quiet and private with sounds of the rhythmic surf in every room. We are located a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby.

Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

Beautiful 2 bedroom home with incredible ocean and canyon views. The best sunsets and dolphins right out front on the porch! Carbon Canyon beach access is a quick 1/2 mile walk down PCH! Or drive to Big Rock or Billionaires both 1.2 miles away. Fully stocked chef's kitchen and bathroom. If you’re not in the mood to cook, world famous Duke’s restaurant is across the street. Enjoy the sea air in the back yard fitted out with string lights and comfortable lounges.
