This unique home is split into 3 separate floors, where you will be renting the entire top penthouse level. Inside you will find open studio living with a luxe king bed and a front and rear balcony. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean views from the panoramic windows while you relax & watch dolphins play in the surf and stunning sunsets spread across the sky.

Enjoy your own private zen getaway on the back lanai, then make a splash in the pool, complete with a Chinese dragon fountain. The beach is a 7-minute walk to the east--you may think you landed your own private resort, with barely another visitor in sight. If you want the pool heated, it’s $17/day, to help supplement the added electrical draw. A 14-minute walk away is another property we own. If you are planning a family reunion, we can sleep up to ten people at our other home.
