Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Benetia apartment 3 / private cove/ 1 kayak /6 SUP

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Just a few private steps...that's all it takes to get down to one of the top rated "Blue Flag" beaches of the island. The four bedrooms, four bathrooms (three ensuite), large family/dining room combined with a balcony which offers breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset/sea believe it creates the ideal location for a private stress free getaway. Our villa is the perfect getaway. The apartments are comfortable and the views stunning. Right below there's a crystal clear non organized beach. Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach. The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and a 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot.
