Rough and Rustic Lakefront cottage in Hamilton, NY. Private dock, paddle boat included (float in lake not ours). Cottage is not insulated but has a propane heating stove. In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill provided. Sheets and towels, pillows, blankets provided. Guests provide paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc

A restful, peaceful, tranquil, fun, spacious, Post & Beam Cedar Log Home experience awaits you, family and friends. We now have new living room furniture, two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath along with a 16x30 deck! Also, as of summer 2018, we have a better lakefront that's bigger, more private and has wildlife galore for you nature lovers. In 2019, we installed a 18x36 pool ready to go WEATHER PERMITTING by Memorial Day weekend!!!!
