This privileged spot, just 5km from the historic town of Duras with its medieval chateau, is ideal for exploring the area, but also for enjoying nature and walking through the nearby shady woods. Dogs love it here! The cottage offers its own private, enclosed garden, 2 terraces, parking and small swimming pool with sun deck.

Beautiful cottage with private heated pool, WiFi.

Millers cottage is an old stone cottage set in 18 acres of private grounds of the domaine of Seguinet. Exclusive use of the adjacent, 7 by 3 m heated private swimming pool with deck, outdoor seating. There are two bedrooms suitable for couples or a family. There is a lake with a boat for your use. The garden has areas set up for badminton, swings and table tennis. It is close to bastide towns, vineyards and fabulous countryside. It has family-friendly activities, markets and restaurants.

Notre gîte est beau fonctionnel grande cuisine grande pièce à vivre chaque chambre est équipée de sa salle d'eau . L'emplacement du gîte mandraud 5 hectares clôturé situation campagne avec le village accessible à pied vous trouverez tous les commerces Bar resto épicerie journaux tabac pharmacie médecin produits locaux ect... De la piscine accès direct au boulodrome ... poulailler et potager..chemin pédestre autour de la propriété..nous sommes sur place pour prestations et renseignement.

L'Heritier is a tranquil idyll in rural South West France, near to the bustling market towns of Villeréal and Monpazier. The gîte is fully equipped for all your needs, with a lovely outside terrace, spacious living room with wood-burner if you stay with us in colder months, and use of the pool in the summer. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the nearest town only 5 minutes drive away to excellent restaurants, cafés and a weekly market. Bergerac Airport is 30 minutes away.

Si vous aimez le tourisme de terroir, vous adorerez visiter les Bastides médiévales environnantes (Eymet), vous perdre dans les sentiers de randonnée, pécher, découvrir les vins de Bergerac ou de Bordeaux, savourer la bonne chair régionale. Si vous aimez le golf, vous serez séduits par les 27 trous du Château des Vigiers (15 km). Enfin, si vous aspirez à un séjour de pure détente, où il fait bon vivre à ne rien faire, le gîte sera votre havre de paix, au calme, au bord de la piscine.

Le Tonneau at Canel

This 4-person cottage is the perfect place to unwind and find peace and quiet in the French countryside. Le Tonneau is set in one of the wings of an old chateau and is nice and spacious, 70m². The cottage is ideal for a family with 2 kids, has 2 bedrooms - one king size and two twins. The kids can run around freely without any fear of cars. The pool is fenced off to protect the younger ones from falling in. Come and enjoy the space, greenery, starts and the sound of the birds again.

Elle se situe entre Villeneuve-sur-Lot et Penne d'Agenais sur le flanc d’une colline boisée, classée Natura 2000, avec une vue imprenable sur une vallée. Vous aurez un accès direct à des chemins de randonnée. Le lieu, idéal pour se reposer au calme en pleine nature - avec une grande variété d'oiseaux - est aussi un pied-à-terre parfait pour visiter la région et profiter des spécialités locales.

Cottage chaleureux entre vignobles & châteaux

Au sein d’un charmant domaine périgourdin, le Cottage des Petites Mouthes et son porche couvert vous accueillent dans une ambiance "shabby chic", à 5mn de la jolie ville de Castillonnès. L’accès rapide à la RN21 vous ouvre la voie vers les cités bastides alentours, le Château de Monbazillac et les différentes attractions touristiques du Lot et Garonne & de la Dordogne. Jardin, verger et bois composent nos 8ha de verdure, nichés sur une colline : bienvenue à la campagne !

Idéal pour se ressourcer : chaleureux Cottage classé 4 étoiles ; maison ancienne située dans un hameau au calme, aménagée sur 3 niveaux, avec piscine hors sol semi enterrée, octogonale de 5.70 X 3.95 ; logement comprenant trois chambres dont une en Rdc, avec chacune sa salle de bains ou salle de douche ; maison située au bord de l'eau à la limite Dordogne / Lot-et-Garonne. Réservation du 15.06 au 14.09 uniquement en semaine complète du samedi au samedi.

Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom.
