Steps from the Sea of Cortez, this two bedroom, two bath house is located in a charming and quaint community. The house faces one of the community pools and is a short walk to golf and the beach. The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. The home is fully furnished including housewares.

En el área donde se ubica Casa del Carmen encontrará lavandería, banco, panadería, tiendas de conveniencia, lugares de comida donde podrá disfrutar de diferentes especialidades.

Hermoso espacio con un diseño compacto, cómodo y funcional con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila y confortable. El acceso a la propiedad es autónoma mediante cerradura con clave. Estamos ubicados a un poco más de 1.5 km del Malecón y del Centro Histórico. Aproximadamente a 5 min en auto y 15 min caminando.
