“Pelican Bay” is a fisherman’s paradise and bird watchers dream. The newly renovated lake house sets on a birds eye view of the lake where large mouth and white bass, channel and flathead catfish as well as many more are yours for the casting. Waterfowl include Pelicans, cranes, great blue heron and many more are seen through the year. This smoke free home offers a king, queen, and full bed. You can BBQ or just relax on the patio. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Corporate or individual company housing, weekly, monthly rental rates. Cabins have wifi/cable TV, kitchens, dining table, and are cleaned on request. All have 2 refrigerators, stove, micro, dishes, linens, towels and utensils. Pots/pans only on request or bring your own. Parking for 2 trucks, and all have 2 full size beds and are VERY comfortable! The clubhouse has coin laundry, fitness and pool tables along with a conference area. There are vending machines as well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Cabin

Our cabin is in north Coke County near the small ghost town of Sanco. The property has been in our family for 5 generations. It offers beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. Come enjoy the views from the wrap around porch or the comforts of the couch. The small town of Robert Lee is just 5 minutes south where you will find Lake Spence, a 9 hole golf course, coffee shop, boutique and 2 restaurants. We are centrally located near, San Angelo, Abilene and not far from Midland.

Lake Champion Lodge

Lake Champion Lodge is a perfect place for family reunions, birthday parties, holidays, fishing clubs, hunters or just a west Texas weekend getaway. Also has 1 full RV hookup. Lake Champion is only a fishing lake. (no water sports allowed) NO more than 20 people allowed. NO large parties or Wedding! No outside music after 12:00am. NO DJs. Enjoy the comforts of this cosy, mid-century inspired home. This property is located in a safe-working class neighborhood in the center of Snyder, just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping. This home was the childhood home to my husband, and many of the neighbors and their families that knew him as a child still live in the neighborhood! This newly renovated property offers garage parking (without garage door) for one vehicle and outdoor parking for another.

Enjoy a peaceful, restful stay in our cute little Alley House Getaway for up to 3 people. It’s a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed, a loveseat that makes into a twin bed if needed, and 2 wall-mounted tvs. The kitchenette offers a coffee station, refrigerator/freezer, portable cooktop, and a microwave. The cabinets are stocked with all your cooking needs. The apartment includes 2 split ac/heating units for added comfort.

“Serendipity” a Boho inspired tiny home / Hot Tub

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. “Serendipity” is a Bohemian style tiny home on wheels nestled among the West Texas Mesquites. You have your privacy and yet less than 10 minutes from town. There is a full bathroom with shower, a queen size bed in the loft and a daybed on the main floor. Relax under the stars in your private hot tub.
