Gemakkelijk toegang tot de stranden van de oceaan en de baai met uitzicht op het water vanuit elk raam. 1 blok naar de oceaan, 3 blokken naar restaurants en winkels in de stad. Een rustige straat, ons huisje is ideaal voor een stel of klein gezin. Onze familie aan zee ontsnapt de afgelopen 15 jaar, dit is geen onpersoonlijke huurwoning. Doe alsof je thuis bent. Houd er rekening mee dat het huis een duplex is, opgesplitst in het midden van het huis. We hebben geweldige gepensioneerde buren die parttime wonen.

Gemakkelijk geschikt voor drie kingsize bedden en vier grote stapelbedden. Onderste stapelbed biedt plaats aan 430 lbs en bovenste stapelbed biedt plaats aan 380 lbs. Luchtbed ook beschikbaar. Geniet van het paddleboard, kajak, peloton, bordspellen, vuurplaats, cornhole, voetbalgooien en BBQ. 25 voet dek, dus neem je boot mee of huur er een voor de dag van de app voor mijn boot of bootsetter.

Deze onlangs gerenoveerde 2 bd, 1 badkamer heeft 4 slaapplaatsen. De unit heeft alle bijgewerkte apparaten, een terras met een weber-grill, perfect voor je zomer- en herfstvakantie! Extra bed nodig? De tweede leefruimte heeft een futon. Deze unit is onderdeel van een triplex-huis, wasserette is op het terrein en 1 parkeerplaats op straat.
