Cozy Cape Cod on the Water In AC w a Hot Tub

Perfect waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Cape Cod style home right on the bay in the Venice Park section of Atlantic City. Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. Off street parking for 5 cars and plenty of street parking too. I’m well versed in all kinda of Atlantic City attractions and am happy to help you plan activities. Come enjoy this 3 story beach house right on the water in Atlantic City! This house has been recently re-done floors to ceiling and includes new appliances, furniture, floors, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There is plenty of space to sleep all of your guests comfortably, includes parking, and the location cannot be beat! Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Gardner's Basin right across from the water, 2 blocks from the beach, and within walking distance of many major casinos.

Ocean block home in the preferable quiet northern end of Seaside Heights. Four mins walk to the boardwalk which is next to the sandy beach where you can swim. Private parking for three cars. 6 beach badges are included in the rental. No drugs or prom rentals are allowed, must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent during the entire stay. This rental listing prohibits group rentals and disruptive gatherings, regardless of size which may disturbances to the surrounding community.
