This adorable beach cottage was recently renovated. Only a 5 min walk to the beach or bay! Great side deck for relaxing and grilling out. Central Air! Why stay in a hotel?... Wonderful little 2 BR “cottage” above detached garage (no cars) w/LR,renovated kit, bath w/shower, small deck and use of BBQ. Renovated 2019. 1 QN bed, 1 single bed & a QN sofa bed if needed. Bring your own towels &linens. (Towels and linens etc can be rented from companies on LBI or Manahawkin) 9 houses from ocean. (Need more room: ask about our extra bedroom with single twin bed, toilet, sink and separate entrance)

**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to HotelLBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)
