It is located in Horseshoe Bay West, has been beautifully remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, large living and dining and a secondary bar area . It is all one level, except for a few stairs to the living room as shown in the photos. Enjoy the east facing views from your covered deck overlooking the 17th hole on Apple Rock Golf Course and a bonus private front courtyard too!

The open floor plan allows views to the lake and marina. 2nd floor deck is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, grilling while overlooking the lake. 3rd floor has a queen and bunk bed.
