Midcentury farm house located on the Danville/Stanford city line. Easy commute to Danville. Spacious farm house with great outdoor space and large living areas. The property overlooks several surrounding famrs including Spring HIll 1850 Farm. The hose is located on the Bourbon Trail; it is ten minutes from Center College, five minutes from the Danville, KY private airport, 50 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and Keeneland Horse Track. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, utility room, kitchen, living room, and small sitting room/office. We have a TV, DVD player, microwave, TV antenna, Roku and WIFI.
