Breakfast is self prepared. From the guest book - "John and Jane are excellent hosts. The farmhouse has lots of space and character and is less than 10 minutes from downtown Picton. Roomy, smoke free inside and out, self contained 1 bedroom suite with private entrance, kitchen, large living area and private bathroom. Located in the west end of Kingston 6 minutes off the 401 and 20 minutes from the downtown. Relax in the Living Room with gas fireplace or in the comfy love seat in the large bedroom. Great, private space for a staycation or a work from home alternative. Beautiful, fenced in backyard where you can enjoy the outdoors. High speed internet and many TV stations.
