NON SMOKERS only please. This is a legal non smoking/vaping apartment. We will NOT accept smokers even if they are willing to only smoke outside. We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. Near Sleeping Bear National Park and the TART trail. Very clean, nicely furnished and accommodating owners. Check out our reviews for feedback on this apartment.

There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

AUTUMN SPLENDOR! My lovely pastoral hilltop; west-facing home is perched high above Lake Michigan. I sit on one of the highest points in Leelanau & my views from my 2nd story residence looks across N. Lake Leelanau, Lake Michigan, and the Manitou Islands! Alas, the apartment is on lower level walk out so no views but peacefulness surrounds you. We attract our feathered friends to this house of sky, trees, flower and veggie gardens -- come ENJOY THE COLORS!
