This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.!

Birkdale village, Ainsdale & Southport 2, 3 mins & 8 mins by train respectively. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. Southport Flower show, the Open and Aintree are regular events we are perfectly situated for.

Leafy Lodge Annex with private garden

Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe.
