Situato in una piccola via ad accesso pedonale, gode perciò di una calma e di una tranquillità uniche, pur mantenendo la vicinanza alla città e al lago, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. A pochi minuti a piedi la funicolare Como-Brunate, i ristoranti sul lago, il lido di Viale Geno e il centro città. L’appartamento si trova circa 50 metri sopra il lago, pertanto non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità

Armonioso e panoramico appartamento in Bellano, in posizione centralissima, con tutti i servizi disponibili sotto casa : bar, ristoranti, negozi di alimentari con prodotti tipici delle nostre zone. Ci troviamo proprio di fronte all'attracco dei battelli, dello storico porticciolo e a circa 300 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria.
