Dal momento in cui entrerete nel caratteristico borgo medievale di Castè sarete avvolti da una piccola magia. Il paese, completamente in pietra e recentemente riportato all'antico splendore rappresenta il tipico esempio di podesteria ligure. Circondato dai boschi e collocato sulla cima di un colle terrazzato con i tradizionali “muretti a secco delle 5 Terre”, è nella posizione ideale per chi ama passeggiare nel verde o per gli amanti del mare. La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.

Bilocale completamente ristrutturato. A soli 10 minuti di auto dall’imbarco per le Cinque Terre, Portovenere e Lerici. Immerso nel verde, grande prato con possibilità di mangiare sotto le stelle. La Spezia e Sarzana sono a 15 minuti di auto. Pisa e Lucca distano solo un’ora di autostrada, una ventina di minuti la Versilia. Sunsets over the sea.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
