Grand studio de 37 m2, indépendant, tout équipé pour 2 personnes à Bar sur Loup. Propriété de 3500 m2 en restanques de pierres sèches, plantée d'oliviers centenaires, magnifique vue sur le village médiéval et les collines environnantes. Idéal pour se reposer au calme absolu à 30 mn de la mer (Cannes, Antibes, Nice) et à 30 mn des stations de ski. Commerces à 5 mn. Piscine privée chauffée (du 15 mai au 30 septembre) de 11 m x 5 m. Terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong. Voiture indispensable.

Villa Zola is located in Le Bar-Sur-Loup, a medieval eagle's nest village at the foot of beautiful Préalpes mountains. The apartment is made of 2 bedrooms + lounge kitchen + 2 bathrooms (80 m2), with an independent entry and a parking space. The apartment has access to a pool (May to October). Please note, this place is non-smoking. The owner is French/Japanese couple who are keen cyclists and the villa is equipped with a basic workshop and bike storage for the guests.

Je vous propose un appartement tout équipé en rez de villa. Il y a une chambre avec un lit double et un clic clac double dans le salon. L'entrée est séparée du logement des propriétaires, seul le portail est commun. Vous aurez une place de parking privé, accès au jardin et au terrain de boules. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont équipées, il y a également une plancha à l'extérieur avec table et chaises. Un coup de propre avant votre départ est appréciable.

Petit écrin de verdure unique et tranquille dans un appartement au Rez de chaussée de notre maison donnant sur un grand jardin. Situé à 35 min de l’aéroport de Nice, 30 min de la mer et à proximité des villages Gourdon et Saint Paul .Profitez d’une balade le long de la rivière le Loup à 5 minutes du logement . Rafraîchissez vous dans la piscine puis partagez quelques grillades sur votre terrasse privative en admirant les gorges du Loup. Parking gratuit.
