This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Chalet Kim Kerouac

Charmant petit chalet en pleine nature, calme, 48m2, situé à 700 m d altitude, au pied des Préalpes, entouré de forêts et de clairières. Nous pouvons accueillir deux personnes. Accès depuis la place de parking par un sentier de 30 mètres. Wifi uniquement durant la journée. Proche du Lavaux, patrimoine Unesco, musées Nestlé, Chaplin, Art brut, Hermitage. Entre lac (Léman) et montagnes, non loin du festival de Montreux et de la ville de Vevey. Si vous aimez la nature et le calme, bienvenue.

In the Vineyards Lavaux between Lausanne & Montreu

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Private studio in villa with magnificent view

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Appartement de 80m2 avec cachet dans une maison historique du XVIIème siècle. Idéal pour 3 personnes mais possibilité de loger jusqu'à 5 personnes. Dans le magnifique village de St-Saphorin au coeur de Lavaux patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Deux plages se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les beautés de l'arc lémanique sont à portée de main. Entrez dans un nid de 13m2 avec son entrée et sa salle de douche. La petite terrasse attenante est pour vous détendre, vous pourrez aussi jouer au jeu d'échecs géant! A max 10min à pied du centre de Vevey, de Nestlé, du lac, de la piscine et du funiculaire. Parking gratuit. Nous habitons sur place et cela amène donc les bruits normaux d'une vie de famille avec enfants et chien. Quartier résidentiel
