Le gîte urbain de Sophie

Pied à terre idéal pour visiter Bordeaux et ses environs. Appartement totalement indépendant au dessus de notre garage, à 150m du tramway pour Bordeaux centre et 1km de l'accès à la rocade pour être en 45 minutes sur la plage ou dans les vignes de Saint Emilion. Également proche des facultés et à 700m du centre de Pessac (cinéma, marché, restaurants, commerces). L'entrée est complètement indépendante et vous pouvez arriver à n'importe quelle heure grâce à une boîte à clés. LOGEMENT NON FUMEUR.

St Caprais de Bordeaux est un village qui possède toutes les commodités (carrefour, boulangerie, pharmacie, cabinet médical).

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus B # 1 (direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

Passez un agréable séjour dans ce petit havre de paix en plein coeur de la campagne. Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant, prenez vos repas dans le jardin avec une vue superbe à l'horizon.
