*There may be construction noise during the day coming from our neighboring property. Welcome to the Mountain Lodge King Rooms at The Inn on Fall River. Please note that you may need to use stairs to access your room. This room overlooks Fall River and features Wireless high-speed Internet access, a large flat screen tv, a King bed, full bath, and granite counters. By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. Large suite with King bed & deck. This room has an open airiness that allows you to feel like you’re the only ones in the mountains. Enjoy the forest & wildlife while resting on the deck after a long day of hiking. The room features a beautiful kiva fireplace with seating area, two person marble shower & uniquely handcrafted vanity made from a cottonwood log from our property. It sits on the main level; no stair climbing required. Amenities include: mini fridge, microwave, kettle & coffee maker.

Our double queen lodge room is located inside one of the largest log lodge buildings in the west. It’s a grand rustic lodge with impressive lobby with large views in all directions. Each room contains a full private bath, desk and chair. There is plenty to do so you won't even miss the TV. We do have free Wi-Fi for our guests - no password needed.

Small room, small price

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Don't let the size of this small room fool you. Just the right size for one person. Two bathrooms shared by the whole house. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional information. Hint, hint I'll know if you've read them.
