Charming garden apartment

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

Enjoy a clean and stylish experience in the Juni Suite. Cook all your meals in the well equipped kitchenette, soak it up in the deep bathtub, and stay warm by the fireplace. A queen size memory foam bed and blackout roller shades will help you sleep soundly. The convertible sofa is easy to expand to a full size. Protect your vehicle in the off-street covered parking stall which is only a short walk to the entrance (7 stairs up and 13 down). Close to Union College/Shops.

Our place is on the second floor of a historic house in Lincoln’s Near South neighborhood, a few miles from the Haymarket and University of Nebraska, and walking distance from a coffee shop, pharmacies, and several restaurants. It has all the conveniences for a short stay and a full kitchen perfect for longer stays. It is ideal for up to 4 people, and has attracted many “road trippers” for a night. Whatever the length of your stay, we’d love to make you feel at home.

The apartment is located within a small, quiet and secured apartment complex of only 24 units. There's a courtyard for you to use to enjoy a meal, or read a book outside. Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.

With this homes location in the Near South Neighborhood you will find it easy to get anywhere in town. This unique home has hardwood floors throughout. The spacious living room has builtin bookshelves and a large Roku TV. There is an attractive (non-functioning) fireplace. Coin operated laundry is available in the building as well as a 9 x 9 foot storage area for your use. There is free on street parking in front of the building.
